Homemade Appliance Cleaner Recipe - For Cleaning Your Small Appliances

The simplest appliance cleaner you can use in your home is baking soda.

To make this homemade cleaner, which can also be used on stainless steel, you merely sprinkle plain baking soda onto a wet sponge and then rub that gently onto the appliance.

Obviously, you should not submerge your small kitchen appliances in water, so this cleaner is only meant for surfaces.

The baking soda works to remove burned on food and crumbs, using the mildly abrasive quality of the baking soda.

Once you have thoroughly cleaned the surfaces of all your kitchen appliances, such as your toaster, blender, and mixer, just wipe the surface with warm water and a clean sponge or rag to remove this simple homemade cleaner.
