How To Scrub Floor So You Don't Hurt Your Knees
by Barbara
I received this tip about how to scrub a floor so you don't hurt your knees from Barbara. She says: Instead of getting down on your hands and knees, spray your cleaner on the floor and use one bare foot to rub a damp microfiber cloth over the sprayed area. This is fun, kind of like skating. Then, just rinse out the cloth and spray another part of the floor. This method relieves arthritic or injured knee joints. Taylor says:Thanks Barbara for this tip about scrubbing floors. So, how do you scrub floors, if at all? You can share your thoughts in the comments.
