Homemade Citrus Cleaner Recipe And Instructions
I love the smell of citrus cleaner, and making a homemade orange cleaner or homemade lemon cleaner, or any other citrus smell you would like is quite easy.
In fact, what I like about the recipe below is that you can use whatever citrus smell you would like, including not only orange or lemon, which is what is normally thought of as popular cleaning scents, but also grapefruit or lime too.

That is one of the best things about making your own cleaning products -- you can create them to suit your own personal tastes, likes and dislikes.
Step 1: Combine the ingredients into a quart size container, with a lid, and store in a secure area (where children and pets cannot access it) for approximately two weeks.
Step 2: During those two weeks swirl and shake the contents of the jar periodically.
Step 3: Strain the vinegar to remove the citrus peel from the liquid, and return to the jar to store.
Step 4: When you are ready to use some of this natural cleaner, it will need to be diluted.
Step 5: Spray cleaner: To use as a spray cleaner combine one part citrus vinegar solution to three parts water, and place in a spray bottle.
Step 6: Floor cleaner: To use on flooring, add 1 cup of the citrus vinegar solution to 2 gallons of water.
