I have also provided you with several homemade all purpose cleaner recipes, but some of them contain ingredients not considered natural, such as certain dish soaps (unless you use a vegetable based one), or not green, such as ammonia and certain laundry detergents.

Therefore, here are some additional natural all purpose cleaner recipes you can use in your home.

Borax Cleaner

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon of hot water
  • 1/2 cup borax

Directions:

Mix the ingredients together in a bucket and stir until the borax is completely dissolved. (The hot water helps dissolve the borax, and also helps clean whatever item you want cleaned much easier if you use it quickly before the cleaning solution cools.)

This naural homemade cleaner is applied with a sponge or a rag onto basically any hard surface that needs to be cleaned.

If you don't want to make as much, you can reduce the amount and place into a spray bottle. You can keep it indefinitely in a (labeled) spray bottle.

Degreasing Natural All Purpose Cleaner

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon washing soda
  • 2 teaspoons borax
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable based soap*
  • 10 drops essential oil (your choice) (optional)
  • 2 cups hot water

Directions: Mix all ingredients together into a spray bottle, and spray as needed on dirty hard surfaces in your home. This formula is especially good and cutting grease. It can be kept indefinitely in a (labeled) spray bottle.

Natural And Gentle All Purpose Cleaner

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups hot water

* Note regarding vegetable based soap: Don't know what that is, or where to get it? Some examples of vegetable based soaps include:
