Monday-Whites (and anything that needs bleach)
Tuesday-Darks
Wednesday-Light Colors
Thursday-Baby Clothes
Friday-Towels
Saturday-Bed Linens

This works for me because it is one small load each day that I can wash, dry, fold (or hang up) and put away. It also gives me my Sunday's free. Nothing ever gets piled up and I can cater each day to the load.
